In order to offer Tech Craftsman Career Building Trade School's interns/apprentices more than just going to work, becasue that's what TCCBTS is all about, 24 months, working 5 days a week and 8 hours each one of those 5 day weeks, yes, its a school but learning as if it was a job.

TCCBTS's goal is to reward our first-year interns/apprentices by expending their experiences so they can show off their skill while still going to school.

How? Easy we're going to create and develop several, Independent Commercial Businesses for the interns/apprentices to work before class or after class or both, and allowed to work on weekends and paid $15.00 dollars an hour. Now the interns/apprentices are not only earning real money, but learning on the job skill social by interacting with real customers asking for their experience and help.

What Does the Beta Phase Do?
Improve the quality of Career Building Center and the programs, integrate customer, (Business Partners needing trained personnel) input on the complete intern/apprentice program, and ensure release readiness.

When the Beta Phase Begin?
Just prior to launch, sometimes ending within weeks or even days of final release

How long does the Beta Phase last?
Beta is usually only a few weeks (sometimes up to a few months) with little major iteration.

Who cares about the outcome of Beta Phase?
The individuals who care involves The Board, Senior Management, Department Directors, marketing, support businesses, docs, (basically the entire product team).

Who participates in the Beta Phase (tests?)
Tested in the “real world” with “real customers” and the feedback can cover every element of the product.

What Beta Phase testers should expect?
Some bugs, fewer crashes with intern/apprentice and missing items such as tools and other equipment.

How the Beta Phase should address?
Much of the feedback collected is considered for and/or implemented in future versions of the total product, WARD Web Auto Repair Database, Tech Craftsman Career Building Trade School, and Online Digital Production Studios. Then only important/critical changes are made.
