TCCBTS's goal is to reward our first-year interns/apprentices by expending their experiences so they can show off their skill while still going to school.

How? Easy we're going to create and develop several, Independent Commercial Businesses for the interns/apprentices to work before class or after class or both, and allowed to work on weekends and paid $15.00 dollars an hour. Now the interns/apprentices are not only earning real money, but learning on the job skill social by interacting with real customers asking for their experience and help.

Global Education Career Development Corporation and Web Auto Repair Database, have teamed create the best Career Building Center in the Kansas City area.

Global Education Career Development a 501 c 3 nonprofit corporation sister corporation to Web Auto Repair Database.

Global Education Career Development will be working with (WARD)'s partners who donate cars to the school and will receive a tax credit.

(WARD)'s Sister Corporation, Global Education Career Development and (WARD)'s College Level Career Building Center's Automotive Technology is designed to have auto partners, new car dealerships, used car lots, salvage yards, etc. to bring their cars in to have their engines and transmissions rebuilt or remanufactured by a 2 man team, including a seasoned master instructor, pull the engines/transmissions from the vehicles and disassembling,rebuilding, reassembling, reinstalling engine/transmission back into the vehicle.

Each team will use helmet video cams showing work being done in real time show worldwide how to pull, disassemble, rebuild, reassemble, reinstall engines/transmissions back into car. Another team will document each component as being removed, recording each component in 3D images showing all four sides and showing what each component connects to. Each bolt will be measured for length, thickness, bolt head size, and thread pitch and added into a database showing just where each one of the bolts, nuts attach to which component.
